Auto-Cycle Union
The Auto-Cycle Union (ACU) is the governing body for motorcycle sport in the United Kingdom. Established in 1903, it oversees various motorcycle racing events and ensures that they adhere to safety and regulatory standards. The ACU is responsible for organizing competitions, licensing riders, and promoting the sport at all levels.
In addition to managing events, the ACU also works to develop motorcycle safety and training programs. It collaborates with other organizations, such as the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM), to promote international standards in motorcycle racing and enhance the overall experience for participants and fans alike.
