Australian Flag
The Australian Flag features a blue field with the Union Jack in the canton, symbolizing Australia's historical ties to Great Britain. Beneath the Union Jack, there is a large white star known as the Commonwealth Star, which represents the six states and the territories of Australia.
On the right side of the flag, there are five white stars arranged in the Southern Cross constellation, a prominent feature in the southern hemisphere's night sky. The flag was officially adopted on September 3, 1901, and is used during national celebrations and events, reflecting Australia's identity and heritage.
