Austin Rover
Austin Rover was a British automotive manufacturer formed in 1982, resulting from the merger of Austin and Rover. The company produced a range of vehicles, including the popular Rover 200 and Rover 400 series, which were known for their design and engineering.
In 1988, Austin Rover became part of the British Leyland group, which later restructured and rebranded as Rover Group. The company faced financial difficulties in the 1990s, leading to its eventual sale and dissolution in 2000, marking the end of the Austin Rover brand.
