Auction Methods
Auction methods are various techniques used to sell items to the highest bidder. The most common types include English auctions, where bidders openly compete by placing higher bids until no one is willing to bid more. Another popular method is the Dutch auction, where the auctioneer starts with a high price and gradually lowers it until a bidder accepts the current price.
Other auction methods include sealed-bid auctions, where bidders submit confidential bids without knowing others' offers, and reverse auctions, where sellers compete to offer the lowest price for a buyer's request. Each method has its own advantages and is suited for different types of goods and markets.
