Astronomical Phenomena
Astronomical phenomena refer to natural events that occur in the universe, often involving celestial bodies. Examples include solar eclipses, where the Moon passes between the Earth and the Sun, blocking sunlight. Other phenomena include meteor showers, which happen when Earth passes through debris left by comets, resulting in bright streaks of light in the night sky.
Another fascinating phenomenon is the Northern Lights, or Aurora Borealis, caused by charged particles from the Sun interacting with the Earth's atmosphere. Additionally, supernovae are explosive deaths of stars, releasing immense energy and light, often outshining entire galaxies for a short time.
