Assam Legislative Assembly
The Assam Legislative Assembly is the unicameral legislature of the Indian state of Assam. It consists of elected representatives who make laws and discuss important issues affecting the state. The assembly has a total of 126 members, known as MLAs (Members of the Legislative Assembly), who are elected for a term of five years.
