Artiodactyla
Artiodactyla, commonly known as even-toed ungulates, is an order of mammals that includes animals like cows, sheep, deer, and pigs. These animals are characterized by having an even number of toes on each foot, typically two or four. They are primarily herbivorous and have specialized digestive systems to process plant material efficiently.
Members of Artiodactyla are found in various habitats around the world, from grasslands to forests. This order is divided into two main suborders: Suina, which includes pigs and their relatives, and Ruminantia, which includes animals that ruminate, or chew cud, like cattle and goats.
