Arapaho Tribe
The Arapaho Tribe is a Native American group originally from the Great Plains, primarily located in present-day Wyoming, Colorado, and Nebraska. They are known for their rich cultural heritage, which includes traditional storytelling, music, and dance. Historically, the Arapaho were nomadic hunters, relying on buffalo for food, clothing, and shelter.
Today, the Arapaho people are organized into two federally recognized tribes: the Northern Arapaho Tribe and the Southern Arapaho Tribe. They continue to preserve their traditions while also engaging in modern economic activities. The tribes work to promote their cultural identity and improve the well-being of their community members.
