Anuak
The Anuak are an ethnic group primarily found in the western part of Ethiopia and parts of South Sudan. They are known for their rich cultural heritage, which includes traditional music, dance, and storytelling. The Anuak people primarily engage in agriculture and fishing, relying on the fertile lands along the White Nile for their livelihoods.
Anuak society is organized into clans, each with its own leadership and customs. The Anuak language, also called Anuak, belongs to the Nilo-Saharan language family. Despite facing challenges such as conflict and displacement, the Anuak continue to maintain their cultural identity and traditions.
