Anti-Atlas Mountains
The Anti-Atlas Mountains are a mountain range located in southwestern Morocco. They stretch approximately 700 kilometers and are known for their rugged terrain and unique geological formations. The range is characterized by a variety of landscapes, including valleys, plateaus, and peaks that rise over 2,000 meters.
This mountain range is part of the larger Atlas Mountains system and is situated to the south of the main Atlas range. The Anti-Atlas is home to diverse flora and fauna, as well as several traditional Berber villages, which reflect the rich cultural heritage of the region.
