Anne de Beauchamp
Anne de Beauchamp was a prominent figure in 15th-century England, known for her role as the 15th Countess of Warwick. Born in 1426, she was the daughter of Richard de Beauchamp, the 13th Earl of Warwick. After her father's death, she inherited his vast estates, making her one of the wealthiest women of her time.
In 1440, Anne married Richard Neville, who later became the 16th Earl of Warwick. Their union strengthened the Neville family's power and influence in the Wars of the Roses, a series of civil wars for control of the English throne. Anne's life was marked by political alliances and family dynamics that shaped the course of English history.
