Android 7
Android 7, also known as Android Nougat, is the seventh major version of the Android operating system, released by Google in August 2016. It introduced several new features, including a split-screen mode that allows users to run two apps simultaneously, improved notifications that can be replied to directly, and enhanced battery management through Doze mode.
This version also brought support for VR through Daydream, a new platform for virtual reality experiences. Additionally, Android 7 improved security with file-based encryption and introduced a new way to manage app permissions, giving users more control over what data apps can access.
