Anarcho-Feminism
Anarcho-feminism is a political philosophy that combines elements of anarchism and feminism. It advocates for the dismantling of both patriarchal and state structures, believing that both systems oppress individuals, particularly women. Anarcho-feminists argue that true liberation can only be achieved by challenging both gender inequality and hierarchical authority.
This movement emphasizes the importance of personal autonomy and mutual aid, promoting a society based on cooperation rather than competition. Anarcho-feminists often draw on the works of thinkers like Emma Goldman and Audre Lorde, who highlighted the interconnectedness of gender, class, and social justice issues.
