Anand Kumar
Anand Kumar is an Indian mathematician and educator, best known for his work in helping underprivileged students prepare for competitive exams like the IIT-JEE. He founded the Super 30 program in 2002, which selects 30 talented students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds and provides them with free coaching and resources to succeed in their studies.
Kumar's innovative teaching methods and dedication have gained national and international recognition. His efforts have inspired many, leading to a significant increase in the number of students from his program who successfully enter prestigious institutions like the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).
