Alliance for Change (AFC)
The Alliance for Change (AFC) is a political party in Guyana, formed in 2005. It was established to promote democratic governance, social justice, and economic development. The party aims to represent the interests of all Guyanese citizens, focusing on issues such as education, healthcare, and infrastructure.
The AFC has participated in several national elections, often forming coalitions with other parties to increase its influence. It seeks to challenge the traditional dominance of the People's Progressive Party (PPP) and the People's National Congress (PNC) in Guyanese politics, advocating for a more inclusive political landscape.
