Alfonso Portillo
Alfonso Portillo is a Guatemalan politician who served as the President of Guatemala from 2000 to 2004. He was born on March 24, 1951, in Guatemala City. Portillo was a member of the Guatemalan Republican Front party and focused on social programs during his presidency, although his administration faced criticism for corruption and mismanagement.
