Africa Cup
The Africa Cup, officially known as the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), is the main international football competition in Africa. Organized by the Confederation of African Football (CAF), it features national teams from across the continent competing for the championship title. The tournament is held every two years and showcases some of the best football talent in Africa.
The first edition of the Africa Cup took place in 1957, with only three teams participating. Over the years, the tournament has grown significantly, now including 24 teams. The Africa Cup not only promotes football but also fosters unity and pride among African nations.
