Advent Wreath
The Advent Wreath is a circular arrangement of evergreen branches, symbolizing eternal life. It is traditionally used in the Christian season of Advent, which lasts for four weeks leading up to Christmas. The wreath typically holds four candles, one for each week of Advent, and a fifth candle, known as the Christ Candle, is often placed in the center and lit on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.
Each week, a candle is lit to represent hope, peace, joy, and love, corresponding to the themes of the Advent season. The lighting of the candles serves as a countdown to the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, encouraging reflection and preparation for the holiday.
