AHUs
Air Handling Units, or AHUs, are essential components of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. They are responsible for circulating and conditioning air within a building. AHUs filter, heat, cool, and dehumidify the air before distributing it through ductwork to various spaces.
Typically located on rooftops or in mechanical rooms, AHUs consist of fans, heating and cooling coils, filters, and dampers. By maintaining indoor air quality and comfort, AHUs play a crucial role in creating a healthy environment for occupants in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
