ADDIE Model
The ADDIE Model is a widely used instructional design framework that helps educators and trainers create effective learning experiences. It consists of five phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Each phase serves a specific purpose, ensuring that the learning objectives are met and that the instructional materials are effective.
In the Analysis phase, the needs of the learners are identified, followed by the Design phase, where learning objectives and assessment strategies are outlined. The Development phase involves creating the actual instructional materials, while Implementation focuses on delivering the training. Finally, the Evaluation phase assesses the effectiveness of the training and identifies areas for improvement.
