A형 간염, or Hepatitis A, is a viral infection that affects the liver. It is caused by the Hepatitis A virus (HAV) and is typically spread through contaminated food and water. Symptoms may include fatigue, nausea, abdominal pain, and jaundice, which is a yellowing of the skin and eyes. The infection is usually mild and often resolves on its own without treatment.
