평영
평영, or "breaststroke," is a popular swimming style characterized by a unique arm and leg movement. Swimmers pull their arms back in a circular motion while simultaneously kicking their legs in a frog-like manner. This technique allows for a smooth and efficient glide through the water.
In competitive swimming, 평영 is one of the four main strokes, alongside 자유형 (freestyle), 배영 (backstroke), and 접영 (butterfly). It is often used in various swimming events, including individual races and relay competitions. Mastering 평영 requires practice to achieve proper timing and coordination between the arms and legs.
