정향나무
정향나무, commonly known as clove tree, is a tropical evergreen tree native to the Maluku Islands in Indonesia. It can grow up to 10 meters tall and produces aromatic flower buds that are harvested and dried to create cloves, a popular spice used in cooking and traditional medicine.
The tree thrives in warm, humid climates and requires well-drained soil. Its leaves are dark green and glossy, while the flowers are small and white. In addition to culinary uses, cloves are known for their antiseptic and analgesic properties, making them valuable in both culinary and medicinal applications.
