전세권
전세권 is a legal term in South Korea that refers to a type of leasehold interest in real estate. It allows a tenant to occupy a property by paying a large deposit, known as 전세, instead of monthly rent. This deposit is typically returned at the end of the lease period, making it a popular choice for long-term housing.
The 전세권 grants the tenant certain rights, such as the ability to use the property and, in some cases, the right to sublet. This arrangement provides security for both the landlord and tenant, as it ensures the tenant has a stable living situation while protecting the landlord's property rights.
