아르테미스 신전
The 아르테미스 신전, or Temple of Artemis, was a grand temple dedicated to the Greek goddess 아르테미스, known as the goddess of the hunt, wilderness, and fertility. Located in 에페소스, it was one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, celebrated for its impressive size and ornate sculptures. The temple was rebuilt multiple times, with the most famous version completed around 550 BCE.
The temple served as a major religious center and attracted pilgrims from across the ancient world. It featured a large statue of 아르테미스, which was believed to embody the goddess's power. The temple was ultimately destroyed in 262 CE but remains a significant symbol of ancient architecture and culture.
