보스턴 차 사건
The 보스턴 차 사건, or Boston Tea Party, occurred on December 16, 1773, in Boston, Massachusetts. It was a protest by American colonists against the 영국 정부 and the 차세 tax imposed without colonial representation. Disguised as Native Americans, the colonists boarded three British ships and dumped 342 chests of tea into the harbor.
This event was a significant act of defiance that escalated tensions between the colonies and Britain. It contributed to the growing desire for independence, leading to the 미국 독립 전쟁. The Boston Tea Party is often seen as a pivotal moment in American history.
