벨파스트 협정
The 벨파스트 협정, also known as the 굿 프라이데이 협정, was signed on April 10, 1998, to help resolve the conflict in 북아일랜드. This agreement aimed to establish a framework for political cooperation and peace between the 영국 정부, 아일랜드 정부, and various political parties in 북아일랜드.
The agreement included provisions for a devolved government, the release of political prisoners, and measures to promote human rights and equality. It marked a significant step towards ending decades of violence known as "The Troubles," fostering a more peaceful coexistence among the communities in 북아일랜드.
