雄蜂
雄蜂, or "male bees," are the male members of the bee species, primarily known for their role in reproduction. Unlike female bees, they do not collect nectar or pollen. Their main purpose is to mate with a queen bee during the mating season. After mating, male bees typically die shortly afterward.
雄蜂 are generally larger than female worker bees and have a more robust body. They can be found in hives during the warmer months, where they live alongside 工蜂 (worker bees) and 女王蜂 (queen bees). Their life cycle begins as eggs laid by the queen and progresses through larval and pupal stages before emerging as adults.
