近视 (Nearsightedness)
近视 (Nearsightedness) is a common vision condition where distant objects appear blurry while close objects can be seen clearly. This occurs when the eyeball is too long or the cornea has too much curvature, causing light rays to focus in front of the retina instead of directly on it.
People with 近视 often need to wear glasses or contact lenses to correct their vision. In some cases, refractive surgery, such as LASIK, may be an option. Regular eye exams are important for early detection and management of this condition to maintain good vision health.
