八つの道
"八つの道" (Yatsu no Michi) refers to the "Eightfold Path" in Buddhism, which is a guide to ethical and mental development with the goal of freeing individuals from suffering. It consists of eight interconnected practices: Right Understanding, Right Intent, Right Speech, Right Action, Right Livelihood, Right Effort, Right Mindfulness, and Right Concentration. These principles help practitioners cultivate wisdom, ethical conduct, and mental discipline.
The Eightfold Path is part of the Four Noble Truths, which outline the nature of suffering and the path to enlightenment. Following this path is essential for achieving Nirvana, the ultimate state of liberation from the cycle of birth and rebirth.
