仰泳
仰泳, or backstroke, is a swimming style where the swimmer lies on their back and uses an alternating arm movement while kicking their legs. This technique allows the swimmer to breathe freely since their face is above the water. It is one of the four competitive swimming strokes recognized by Fédération Internationale de Natation (FINA).
In backstroke races, swimmers start in the water and must push off from the wall on their back. The stroke is characterized by a flutter kick and a windmill-like arm movement. Backstroke is often considered one of the easier strokes for beginners due to its natural breathing position.
