یین و یانگ (Dualism)
یین و یانگ (Dualism) is a fundamental concept in Chinese philosophy that represents the idea of opposites being interconnected and interdependent. It illustrates how seemingly contrary forces, such as light and dark, hot and cold, or male and female, can complement each other and create balance in the universe. This duality is often symbolized by the Yin-Yang symbol, which features a black and white swirl, each containing a dot of the opposite color.
The concept emphasizes that neither force is superior; instead, they are essential for harmony. In various aspects of life, including Chinese medicine and martial arts, understanding the balance of Yin (the passive, dark side) and Yang (the active, light side) is crucial for achieving well-being and stability.
