مثنوی
"مثنوی" (Masnavi) is a form of Persian poetry characterized by rhymed couplets. It is often used to convey moral, spiritual, or philosophical themes. The structure typically consists of verses that are written in a specific meter, allowing for a rhythmic and lyrical quality.
One of the most famous examples of مثنوی is the work of مولانا جلالالدین رومی (Jalal ad-Din Rumi), who composed the "Masnavi-ye-Ma'navi." This collection of poems explores deep spiritual concepts and has had a significant influence on Persian literature and Sufism. The form remains popular in Persian-speaking cultures today.
