لاوزي (Taoism)
لاوزي (Taoism) is an ancient Chinese philosophy and spiritual tradition attributed to the sage Laozi. It emphasizes living in harmony with the Tao, or "the Way," which is the fundamental principle that underlies and unites all things in the universe. Taoism encourages simplicity, humility, and compassion, promoting a natural and balanced way of life.
Central to Taoism are concepts such as wu wei, which means "non-action" or effortless action, and the importance of aligning oneself with the rhythms of nature. Taoist practices often include meditation, tai chi, and the study of texts like the Tao Te Ching, which outlines its core teachings and principles.
