زكاة الفطر
زكاة الفطر is a form of charity given by Muslims at the end of رمضان, the holy month of fasting. It is obligatory for every Muslim who can afford it and is intended to purify those who fast from any indecent act or speech. The amount is typically based on the staple food of the community, such as wheat or dates, and is given to the needy.
The purpose of زكاة الفطر is to ensure that everyone, especially the poor, can enjoy the celebration of عيد الفطر. It is usually paid before the صلاة العيد, allowing those in need to benefit from it during the festive occasion.
