امام زید بن علی
امام زید بن علی was a prominent figure in early Islamic history, born in 658 CE in Medina. He was the grandson of امام حسین and the son of امام زین العابدین, making him a significant member of the آل بیت. Zayd is known for his strong stance on justice and his opposition to tyranny, advocating for the rights of the oppressed.
In 740 CE, Zayd led a revolt against the Umayyad Caliphate, seeking to establish a just government. Although his uprising was ultimately unsuccessful, he is revered by many, particularly within the شیعه community, as a martyr and a symbol of resistance against oppression.
