Ласточкино гнездо
Ласточкино гнездо is a picturesque castle located on the cliffs of the Crimean Peninsula in Ukraine. Built in the early 20th century, it was designed in the Neo-Gothic style and resembles a fairy-tale castle. The structure is perched dramatically above the Black Sea, making it a popular tourist attraction.
The castle was commissioned by a wealthy Russian businessman, Baron von Steingel, and completed in 1912. Today, Ласточкино гнездо serves as a restaurant and museum, showcasing its stunning architecture and breathtaking views. It is often considered a symbol of the Crimea region and is featured in many photographs and postcards.
