Биг-Бен
Биг-Бен is the nickname for the Great Bell of the clock at the north end of the Palace of Westminster in London. The name is often mistakenly used to refer to the entire clock tower, which is officially called the Elizabeth Tower. The tower was completed in 1859 and stands at 96 meters tall.
The clock tower is an iconic symbol of London and is known for its accuracy and its massive clock faces. Биг-Бен itself weighs over 13 tons and chimes every hour, making it a significant landmark and a popular tourist attraction.
