Βίσνου
Βίσνου, also known as Vishnu, is a major deity in Hinduism and is considered the preserver and protector of the universe. He is part of the Hindu trinity, which includes Brahma the creator and Shiva the destroyer. Vishnu is often depicted with blue skin and four arms, holding a conch shell, discus, mace, and lotus flower.
Vishnu is known for his ten avatars, or incarnations, which include famous figures like Rama and Krishna. These avatars are believed to descend to Earth to restore cosmic order and protect dharma, or righteousness, whenever it is threatened.
