Świętokrzyski National Park
Świętokrzyski National Park is located in central Poland, covering an area of approximately 76 square kilometers. Established in 1950, it is known for its diverse landscapes, including forests, mountains, and unique rock formations. The park is home to a variety of plant and animal species, making it an important area for biodiversity.
The park's most notable feature is the Holy Cross Mountains, which are among the oldest mountains in Europe. Visitors can explore numerous hiking trails, including routes leading to the Łysica peak, the highest point in the park. The park also contains historical sites, such as the Holy Cross Monastery.
