Ê Đê
The Ê Đê are an ethnic group primarily found in the central highlands of Vietnam. They are known for their rich cultural heritage, which includes traditional music, dance, and unique architectural styles, particularly their longhouses. The Ê Đê people primarily engage in agriculture, cultivating crops such as rice and cassava.
Their social structure is organized around extended families, and they practice a form of animism, believing in spirits that inhabit nature. The Ê Đê language belongs to the Austronesian language family, and efforts are being made to preserve their traditions and language in the face of modernization.
