{左心室
The 左心室, or left ventricle, is one of the four chambers of the heart. It is responsible for pumping oxygen-rich blood to the rest of the body through the aorta. The left ventricle has thick muscular walls that enable it to generate the high pressure needed to circulate blood effectively.
The left ventricle receives blood from the 左心房, or left atrium, which collects oxygenated blood from the lungs. Once filled, the left ventricle contracts, pushing the blood out into the systemic circulation. Proper functioning of the left ventricle is crucial for maintaining overall cardiovascular health.
