ارمنی refers to the Armenian people, an ethnic group native to the region of Armenia in the South Caucasus. They have a rich cultural heritage, including their own language, زبان ارمنی, which is part of the Indo-European language family. The majority of Armenians belong to the مذهب ارمنی (Armenian Apostolic Church), one of the oldest Christian denominations in the world.
Historically, the Armenian people have faced significant challenges, including the نسلکشی ارمنی (Armenian Genocide) during World War I. Despite these hardships, they have maintained a strong sense of identity and community, with a global diaspora that contributes to their cultural and social life around the world.
