trust fall
A trust fall is a team-building exercise where one person, the "faller," stands with their back to a group of people, known as the "catchers." The faller then leans back and falls into the arms of the catchers, who are expected to safely catch them. This activity helps build trust and communication among team members, as it requires both parties to rely on each other.
During a trust fall, it's important for the catchers to be attentive and ready to support the faller. This exercise is often used in workshops or retreats to strengthen relationships and foster a sense of community within groups, such as sports teams or workplaces.
