scrums
A scrum is a framework used in Agile project management, primarily in software development. It promotes teamwork, accountability, and iterative progress through short, time-boxed periods called sprints. Each sprint typically lasts two to four weeks, during which a specific set of tasks is completed.
During a scrum, team members hold daily meetings known as stand-ups to discuss progress, challenges, and plans for the day. This encourages communication and helps identify obstacles early. The goal is to deliver a potentially shippable product increment at the end of each sprint, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation.
