electrical circuits
An electrical circuit is a closed loop that allows electric current to flow. It consists of various components, such as wires, resistors, and capacitors, which work together to perform specific functions. When a power source, like a battery, is connected, it provides the energy needed for the current to move through the circuit.
Circuits can be classified as either series or parallel. In a series circuit, components are connected one after another, so the same current flows through each part. In a parallel circuit, components are connected across the same voltage source, allowing multiple paths for the current to travel.
