court personnel
Court personnel are the individuals who work within the judicial system to ensure that legal proceedings run smoothly. This group includes judges, who make decisions on cases; clerks, who manage court records and schedules; and bailiffs, who maintain order in the courtroom. Each member plays a vital role in upholding the law and facilitating the judicial process.
In addition to these roles, court personnel may also include court reporters, who transcribe spoken words during trials, and legal assistants, who support attorneys with research and documentation. Together, these professionals contribute to the fair administration of justice within the court system.
