Zulia FC is a professional football club based in Maracaibo, Venezuela. Founded in 2005, the team competes in the top tier of Venezuelan football, known as the Primera División. Zulia FC has a strong local following and plays its home matches at the Estadio José Encarnación Romero, which has a capacity of around 40,000 spectators.
