Zoroastrians
Zoroastrians are followers of the ancient religion founded by the prophet Zoroaster, also known as Zarathustra, in ancient Persia, now Iran. This faith emphasizes the duality of good and evil, with the supreme god Ahura Mazda representing truth and light, while the evil spirit Angra Mainyu embodies chaos and darkness.
The core teachings of Zoroastrianism include the importance of good thoughts, good words, and good deeds. Zoroastrians traditionally practice rituals such as fire worship, as fire symbolizes purity and the presence of Ahura Mazda. Today, the Zoroastrian community is small, primarily found in India and Iran.
