Zilpah
Zilpah was a figure in the Hebrew Bible, specifically mentioned in the Book of Genesis. She was the maidservant of Leah, one of the wives of Jacob. When Leah was unable to have more children, she gave Zilpah to Jacob as a concubine to bear children on her behalf.
Zilpah bore two sons, Gad and Asher, who became part of the twelve tribes of Israel. Her story highlights the complex family dynamics in the biblical narrative and the cultural practices of the time regarding marriage and childbearing.
